Travel Advisor

Responsibilities

Assist customers in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Provide information on travel destinations, attractions, and local customs to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Offer recommendations and suggestions based on customers' preferences and budget to enhance their travel experience.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently and professionally.
Stay updated on travel industry trends and developments to provide the most relevant and up-to-date information to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies, to ensure smooth and enjoyable travel experiences for customers.
Process bookings and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in coordinating travel logistics and making necessary arrangements for group travel or special events.
Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customers' expectations.
Adhere to company policies and regulations to ensure compliance and maintain the highest level of integrity.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices to continuously improve the travel advisory process.
