We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the hotel and restaurant sectors through tailored digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new clients in the hotel and restaurant sectors to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to create customized proposals and strategies.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals efficiently.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Client Onboarding & Retention: Manage onboarding and focus on retention through excellent service.
  • Business Development: Actively pursue new clients and meet acquisition targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies to meet objectives.
  • Sales Engagement: Deliver presentations and proposals to achieve sales goals.
  • Outreach: Use cold calling and social media for lead generation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in business development
  • Fluency in English (preferred)
  • Salary – 30k- 40k
