Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the hotel and restaurant sectors through tailored digital marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new clients in the hotel and restaurant sectors to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Client Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to create customized proposals and strategies.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Client Onboarding & Retention: Manage onboarding and focus on retention through excellent service.
- Business Development: Actively pursue new clients and meet acquisition targets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies to meet objectives.
- Sales Engagement: Deliver presentations and proposals to achieve sales goals.
- Outreach: Use cold calling and social media for lead generation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in business development
- Fluency in English (preferred)
- Salary – 30k- 40k
