Revenue Management Manager

Job Description

Hospitality Minds is seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to oversee revenue strategies and maximize profitability across our hotel portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily yield operations, pricing strategy development, and performance analysis:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage revenue operations, distribution strategy, and daily pick-up analysis
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies tailored to each property.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitive benchmarking, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare dynamic forecasts, performance reports, and long-term strategy recommendations.
  • Ensure all revenue systems are configured, optimized, and accurately maintained.
  • Collaborate with sales and reservations teams to drive overall revenue performance.
  • Audit reservation standards, review data quality, and evaluate OTA partners and contracted rates.
  • Support the annual revenue budgeting process and handle additional tasks as assigned

Key Responsibilities

  • Great Communication Skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly.
  • Should be great with Excel and PPT.
  • Ideally with a university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Analyst.
  • Strategic orientation, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
