Job Description
Hospitality Minds is looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our Revenue Manager and ensure smooth hotel operations across all OTA platforms. From responding to guest queries to updating rates, inventory, and listings, this role is all about accuracy, coordination, and seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Revenue Manager with daily tasks and coordination.
- Reply to guest queries, reviews, and messages on all OTAs.
- List and update hotel details on travel portals like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and Booking.com.
- Prepare and maintain monthly hotel performance reports.
- Update rates, inventory, and content on all OTA platforms as needed.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
