Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and communication-driven Customer Service & Relationship Executive to support our Revenue Management team. The candidate will be responsible for handling hotel client relationships, coordinating with internal RM teams, resolving client concerns, and ensuring smooth communication with hotels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with hotel clients professionally.
Coordinate with Revenue Management team for pricing, inventory, and OTA-related updates.
Handle client queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Maintain regular communication through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
Prepare reports, MOMs, and client follow-up trackers.
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

Requirements:

Good communication and coordination skills.
Hospitality/Hotel Management background preferred.
Experience in hotel operations, reservations, guest relations, OTA handling, or customer support is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and problem-solving skills.

Skills Required:

Great Communication Skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly.
Should be great with Excel and PPT.
Ideally with a university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Analyst.
Strategic orientation, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary: Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000
