As a result, the hotel consistently ranked among the top 10 hotels in the Chakala area and also secured a good position on Tripadvisor looking at the competition and its new presence to the online world.
As a result of our focused efforts on June 24, the hotel achieved a revenue exceeding 15 Lakhs, with an ARR of approx 3000++ which was a gratifying outcome for both parties. The momentum continued into July 24, with the hotel’s revenue surpassing 20 Lakhs with an ARR of approx 3200++ and the story is continuing balancing healthy financial benchmarks.
