Key Responsibilities
- Handle hotel reservations through calls, emails and booking platforms
- Coordinate with hotel partners regarding room availability, rates and bookings
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
- Respond to guest and client inquiries professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate reservation records and booking details
- Follow up with clients for confirmations, payments, and feedback

- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Types of Enquiries: Room Bookings/ Weddings/ Corporate or Group Booking.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, sales, or hospitality industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of OTAs and hotel booking systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
