Hotel Sales & Reservation Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle hotel reservations through calls, emails and booking platforms
  • Coordinate with hotel partners regarding room availability, rates and bookings
  • Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
  • Respond to guest and client inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and booking details
  • Follow up with clients for confirmations, payments, and feedback

  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Types of Enquiries: Room Bookings/ Weddings/ Corporate or Group Booking.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, sales, or hospitality industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of OTAs and hotel booking systems
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
